Refund Policy

We at Binangonan Online Market, are committed to serving you with quality and excellence, through both the service that we provide and the food that we deliver. Your trust is of utmost importance to us. We have a very customer-friendly refund policy which may be applicable in any of the following situations:

  • product/s ordered are unavailable (out of stock, not in season, no fresh picks available, etc.)
  • product/s delivered weigh less than 95% (80% for cleaned fish) of what was ordered
  • product/s delivered are considered unsatisfactory by the client

Our team will reach out for your refund preferences in case any items are unavailable or underweight. You may also contact us through any of our channels below to coordinate on your refund.

We have rigorous Quality Control and Delivery Processes to ensure that all your food arrives fresh. But if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of any of the products delivered, then we would be happy to refund anything that does not meet your standards without a fuss.

Our no-questions-asked guarantee applies within the day of delivery applicable to Fresh Produce/Products only. Due to the fresh nature of our products, any refund claims made after the day of delivery will be subject to our discretion. So please check your items once they arrive! Don't worry though, our team will still do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds may be granted through a credit voucher which you can use for future orders, or a direct refund via GCash. If we receive no reply, we will default to sending you a credit voucher for the amount owed via text and email. These may still be refunded to cash when requested. Please allow us up to 5 days to process your refund.
